domains for clients more easily. Would be nice to be able to invoice clients directly from the reseller account or at least have multiple credit cards for payments from clients. The free SSL is great considering how much others charge. But it is a nuisance to constantly have to regenerate the certifications. This is the 4th hosting provider I have used in 5 years. So far have stayed the longest with them. After the big name ones, this customer service is a dream come true.

ut failed to send an alert (and I verified well that this was not a problem on my end). Since then, a virus spread throughout multiple sites. They then finally send me a message 22 days later (!) and proceed to block my full account after 2.5 weeks. So I came back from holidays to find ALL websites down, backups unavailable. Support then proceeds to blame me for not updating the sites, and for not reacting to an issue that I had no knowledge of. The story told changes with every message. A simple email alert would have been enough to limit the damage and downtime. If you are looking for a reliable provider, please go somewhere else.

It wasn’t until I demanded a phone call days later that the root issue was identified and fixed within minutes. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Even worse, GreenGeeks refuses to take accountability for their mistakes. They continue to deflect blame and ignore the fact that their team overlooked my concerns, despite repeated follow-ups. As a result, I lost access to an entire week’s worth of emails, damaging client relationships and halting essential communications. Their dismissive attitude toward customer complaints and refusal to acknowledge their role in this fiasco show a complete lack of professionalism and care. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer service. Avoid GreenGeeks at all costs if you value your time, your business, and reliable support. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
