record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

Terrible support and service does not work
Attempted to switch our DNS servers over to CloudDNS. Told support several times before moving over that their servers were not properly responding t...
o DNS requests. Support was very clear that it was because I hadn't updated the NS records. So I trusted them and pulled the trigger. Moved over the name server and all websites went down. Support said they had escalated the issue to 'admins' and after 24 hours of downtime and no response, we pulled the plug on the service. In short: service doesn't work and support is useless. Do not use this company.

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...
left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.
