Great support

I accidentally deleted my entire website (my fault), and my backups weren't working properly, but they managed to provide a backup and support within ...

record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

Above and beyond

I have been with HostMantis for about 10 years (I think) during this time they have been amazing. I am a "nerd" I guess but when I need help they are ...

always there. I remember one time I was at my computer and they were at their desk (I am on the other side of the world. Australia) and the Q & A were flying back every minute or so for over an hour until my problem was fixed. Very recently (July 2019) they went "above and beyond" expectations. If it was not for their help I would NOT have my 3 websites up and running. I find "Outside" help impossible to find, and at a Word Press meetup recently when I told others about the service from HostMantis all the others could say was "You are so lucky.. my provider would not do that and if they did it would cost hundreds of dollars)

Not good at all

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...

left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.

They don't value customers/ make you pay for what you don't need

hostmantis suspended my reseller hosting account because of dedicated ip addon of 2 dollar which i bought for a client, the client did not pay as mayb...

e he/she didn't need the dedicated ip anymore but instead of un-provisioning of the ipv4 address they suspended my reseller account and even after raising complain they did not re activate my account rather i had to pay for a dedicated ip i don't use just for them to unsuspend my account, i have never faced such a thing my entire life.
