Any issue I have is taken care of promptly and with great service. I can not recommend this company high enough, the service I have received in the 10-plus years I have been a customer is proof that they care about their customers.

hree failed log in attempts results in your IP being blocked so you can't even access the log in page to request a password reset, add to this the 6-8 hours it takes for someone to reply to a support email results in a days lost work. They also insist on regular password updates, something NASA themselves has said it NOT good practice as it encourages weak password. Then there is the issue of email forwarding, if you forward emails and get a batch of spam sent, you forward the spam to your other email address, this can be a problem understandably, Lunarpages response is to delete the forwarder, they won't bother to tell you tho and it's up to you to realise no emails are coming through. Basically this company uses a Sledgehammer to crack a nut at every junction. Terrible support, Terrible policies. The customer is always wrong apparently.
