...ng failed. After I have been with them for years. The credit card on file is one we use every day. They say their ‘system’ sent an email about billing problem. Those emails never came to us, although I get emails from them all the time – MANY emails I have received, none saying they would delete my hosting or notice of their system failing to bill correctly. My domain name was billed fine. They have no explanation, my site is gone because Hostgater failed! AVOID THESE FAILING SYSTEMS AND USELESS, IRRISPONSIBLE COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR WEB SITES!!
